On-site Superior Residence

If you are looking for high standard student accommodation, with meals, situated in the same building as our school, in the very centre of Barcelona, then our On-site Superior Residence is a good choice for you.

The residence is located on the floors above our school, so to go to school each day, you would simply go down the stairs, or use the lift!

There is FREE Wi-Fi internet access in every room of the residence.

All the students in the residence are also studying Spanish at our school As well as your accommodation, you will receive 2 meals a day, or just bed and breakfast, depending on your choice.

You can also make tea or coffee, or snacks for yourself, in the kitchen. In the on-site superior residence, you can choose to say in single rooms, twin rooms (two beds), or in ‘Twin rooms for sole use’. Staying in a ‘Twin Room for Sole Use’ means that you have a twin room (which is much larger than a single room), just for you.

If you stay in a Twin Room (two beds), you can share the room with a friend, or else our school can place another student in the room, for you to share the room with.

There are two bathrooms for every three rooms in the student residence. There are also living areas, with flat screen TVs.

Rooms are also available with private bathrooms and many have balconies There are sun terraces on top of the residence, for students to use in their leisure time.

Our On-Site Student Residence is the perfect choice if you want to stay in accommodation which is located in the centre of Barcelona, have meals provided for you and if you do not want to travel to school and back every day!

Internet access:	Free Wi-Fi Internet access in every room
Location:	The student residence is located on the floors above our school.
Room type:	Single rooms and twin (shared) rooms, as well as rooms with private bathrooms. You can also have a ‘Twin room for sole use’, which means you stay in a twin room (quite a large room) just for you.
Meals:	You can have ‘Bed and Breakfast’ or Half Board (2 meals per day).
Arrival/departure:	Students should move in on the Sunday before their course starts, departing on the Saturday after the course finishes. However, you can sometimes arrive a day earlier, or leave a day later. You will naturally be charged for any extra nights
Keys:	Every student is given a set of keys, on their arrival.
Deposit:	A ‘breakages’ deposit of 250 euros is required, payable on your arrival. This deposit is returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that no breakages have occurred.
Notes:	(i)If friends, a married couple or boyfriend/girlfriend wish to share a room in the residence, this is normally possible. (ii) Bed linen is provided, but not towels. (iii) You can book a bed in a twin room, even if you are travelling alone. The school will then place another student in this room, to share with you.

If you would like a large room just for yourself, you can request a ´twin room for sole use´.

You can also have a private bathroom, if you so wish.

The On-site Superior Residence has recently been refurbished. There are flat screen TV’s in every living area, and kitchens available where you can make hot drinks or snacks.

This on-site residence is a really good choice if you like a good standard of accommodation and want to live close to the school, in the very centre of Barcelona.

The residence is also very popular because of the roof top sun terraces, where students spend lots of time relaxing and making friends.
