¡Tú puedes, Barça! - C’mon Barça!
Hola chicos,

Hi folks! Well, i have to say that I’m quite disappointed with Barca’s performance this year in the Champions league…I mean, they won it last year! I can still remember the Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya being full of people celebrating the victory and the Barça bus going throught the streets with the happy players…And it was the same when we won the national league!
We already know that there is no hope this year for the Champions League, but the national league is still not lost! This weekend (Saturday at around 9pm) we have a big match! The Barca-Real Madrid match, which will be held here in Barcelona, is the most important match in the league. Having also been eliminated from the Champions, this is Madrid’s last chance to save its damaged reputation.
If you want to go and see the match live, you may have a few problems! The tickets sold out months ago and you will have to pay at least 250 euros for tickets on the black market! If you are a massive football fan, then you could treat yourself to a visit to New Camp the see the game of the century, as the sports journalists have been calling it.
If your wallet doesn’t stretch that far this month, you can always watch it from one of the hundreds of bars showing the match in the city. It is even showing on Channel 6 on the TV. The atmposphere in the streets is definitely worth experiencing though.
Que gane el mejor! (El Barca, claro)
May the best team win ! (Barca, of course)

Watching the picture above I can see a happy Henrik Larsson celebrating the European Cup.
I’ve missed him a lot this season, has anybody else got that feeling? I think things for Barça would have gon much better with him on the team.
He left Barcelona saying he needed to get back to Sweden, two months later he was in Manchester!!!
He scored on the last Man. United European match and has become a key player on the team. I’ll repeat it, I believe things would have gone loads better with Larsson on the team (no doubt better than Gudjohnsen or even Saviola).
