My aim was to keep my blog updated every 2 weeks or so. To be honest I have slightly lost track of time and find it hard to believe I am just about to start my 6^th week, so I am half way through my time here.
I had a bit of a shocker last week and failed my first exam! That is the price you pay for spending a bit too much time enjoying the vino tinto. I have now pulled my finger out a bit and have started to get stuck into the language, as soon as you have the basics it is amazing how quickly it all starts to fall into place.

It is now the start of my 3rd week, I cant believe how fast the time is going. It feels like yesterday i was sitting on the plane coming out here, wondering if I was doing the right thing!
I have now got into the routine of school - so my brain is starting to work again - although i am finding the language really hard, the teachers are amazing, and always get the point across!
Barcelona is such a fun city, there is so much going on and so much to see that there is never a dull moment. The obvious tourist attractions are great but pretty busy considering it is Jan! But the school also arrange trips to more local places, which are just as impressive but there are not many tourists.
