Hi guys! Today I want to talk a little bit about the place I was born, Andorra.

Andorra is a beautiful small country (actually the sixth smallest country in Europe), situated in the eastern Pyrenees mountains. 71.000 inhabitants live in Andorra and the official language is Catalan, although everyone speaks Spanish! Apart of its beauty Andorra is known for being a tax haven! You can have so much fun, skiing, going shopping, relax and much more.

Today we are going to focus on the relaxing part!

Andorra is divided in seven parishes. One of them, the Escaldes-Engordany, is well known for the existence of sulphurous springs which well up from the deep of the earth and reach a temperature of 61º. Thanks to this springs, an amazing thermoludic centre was built: CALDEA, in ancient Catalan means tonic and warm. (more…)

If you want to see a mixture of sport, culture and nature I suggest you one of the best places in Barcelona, a place full of history: Montjuic.

Montjuic starts off in ‘plaza España’ going through the two magnificent Venetian Towers (which are copies of the towers in San Marco square in Venice); from there you will see the magic fountains (the ones I described to you in a previous blog). At the end you will see the amazing National Art Museum of Cataluña. At the sides of the museum there are two big buildings where almost every weekend there is a fair. Hello Guys!!! Do you want to get lost in a beautiful maze? If the answer is yes,I have the best place for you!!! It is called ‘Jardines del Laberinto’ (Labyrinth’s Gardens), it’s an amazing park open to the public where it used to be the gardens of a mansion of one of the most influential and rich persons of Barcelona, a marquis called ‘Antonio Desvall’. The gardens now belong to Barcelona’s council, they refurbished it and open it to the public. The park is one of the oldest in the city of Barcelona as is dated from 18th Century.

The garden has three levels. On the first level there is a pond that collects the water  to irrigate the gardens. (more…)

Hello guys!! As you know in Barcelona there is always something going on. Today I want to tell you about one of the most popular festivals in Europe, the SONAR festival.

Sonar is an electronic music festival and this year it will be on the 19th, 20th and 21st of June. It takes place in three different stages in the city centre: ‘Centro de Cultura Contemporanea’ (CCCB), ‘Centro Macba’, and ‘Gran via 2′. Why in so many different places??
