Barcelona rocks!!!
Hey dudes!!
I’m back again

Today, I have some tips for all those people who really love rock music…
These are my favourite places in Barcelona and, if you’re young and you want to have fun, you can’t miss it!!!
First of all, for pre-party drinks, I suggest a couple of places in Plaça Reial (metro stop L3 Liceu):
“SIDECAR”, located in the square itself (when you arrive from the Rambla, it’s on your left side),it’s perfect to have a drink around 11 p.m - 1 a.m…on the ground floor sometimes during the weekend there are concerts too!
“TEQUILA”, located on the right side of the square, is also well know as “the red pub”, because everything is red inside! There you can choose your own music - there’s a big variety of cds and dvds and some pieces of paper on the bar where you can write the title of the song you want…be ready to sing out loud and watch the DVD you chose on the big screens! Their “chupitos” (shots) are really strong!!
But if you are really looking for a good club, I highly recommend “RAZZMATAZZ“!!
There are 2 main entrances: the biggest one is located in Calle Almogavers 122 and the other one in Calle Pamplona 88 (metro stop Marina, line 1).
It’s made up of 5 different rooms: SALA RAZZ (where concerts take place, it’s also the biggest one), THE LOFT (mainly house music), LOLITA, POP BAR and REX (Temple Beat Room).
You should always have your I.D. with you because sometimes they can ask you for it.
Prices are around 15€ (with 1 drink included) or 12€ (with 2 drinks included, if you buy the tickets in advance).
To buy the entrances or the tickets for the concerts go to www.salarazzmatazz.com!!
There you can also find all the most useful information!!!
Have fun!!!

Hi Stef,
Thanks for the tips!
I would just say that Sidecar is also good to end the night! Downstairs the atmosphere is great and I’ve finished my nights there a few times…

Hi Stef!
Are you still sitting outside in Spain?? I’m in England and there is no way you can have drinks outside, it’s freezing! ‘Tequila’ sounds fun, I’ve never heard of a pub where you can request music, it’s such a great idea! Well, enjoy Barcelona warm weather and its excellent clubs!

Hi Jordi!!
I defenetly love Sidecar..even if my favourite place is Razzmatazz!!A couple of months ago, there were also a nice pre-party pub in front of it, called “Gipsy” (you could have a cocktail for 4€)…but then they closed it
I hope they could open again soon!!!

Hello Stef!
Well I absolutely love rock music and it’s indeed a great idea to be able to request your own songs! I haven’t seen anything like that around where I live. Barcelona sounds very cool.

Just a question: Do you know when the places close? After all 15 Euros is a lot of money for one evening and I know that many Spanish people don´t go out until 3 o´clock. So you don´t want to be kicked out at 5 or 6 am as it sometimes happends at home.
