Budget-flights all over the world

Hello guys!

I’m in an especially good mood today as I have just booked my flights for a holiday to Germany. And to top it off, the total journey costs me 42.50 euros, all taxes included!  That’s really cheap!

I am travelling with Easyjet which used to be one of hundreds of these cheap airlines in Europe. They are offering hundreds of new routes to places (some exotic!) all over the world. Did you know that there are a lot of websites like this one, which compare flight prices for you? This is very helpful to keep track of these flights.

These days there are also millions of cheap flights within Spain, so catching a plane is often less expensive than getting a train or bus! It’s much more expensive taking a train in Germany than flying with a plane. Furthermore, it’s quicker. Times are changing and it no longer seems ridiculous to travel 800 km or more for ‘one day’! Some friends of mine will visit me from Germany on February for one day. They actually got a really good deal with Iberia, one of the traditional Spanish airlines…it seems the big ones are finally responding to their competition… But do you think it’s save to travel with these budget-airlines?

If you live far away from home, you will understand how important it is to be able to go home for quick visits! I don’t care if the seats are made of leather or not in a plane. However, I would recommend you catch one of the new Airbus A-320. I’ve been flying with one of these new planes to Barcelona. They have great displays and nice stewardess’… ;-)

See you,

Daniel

Some flight companies where you can also find cheap flights are: Vueling and Clickair.
You have to wait for the special offers they sometimes have. I´m flying back to Holland in february and I only have to pay the taxes, the ticket is 0 euros!

    Hi Michelle,

I know there are sometimes special offers. Unfortunately Vueling does not offer flights to Germany yet… :-(
Click air is graet, I’ll have a glance on it! ;-) Thanks, Daniel
