School activities: 1st December - 5th December 2008

The end of the year is coming very quickly, here we are in December and preparing ourselves for Christmas and New Year 
Below you will find the school activities for the first week of December:
Monday, 15:15 - Welcome drink
A big welcome to all our new students! Join us for drinks and snacks - the perfect opportunity to get to know everyone here at school.
Tuesday, 14:45 - Workshop: “Street” Spanish
“¿Qué pasa, tío?” Do you know what it means? In this, workshop, you will learn the most popular colloquial expressions of daily life in Spain.
Wednesday, 14:45 - Exhibition: “World Press Photo 2008″
We will go to the Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona to see the exhibition “World Press Photo”, known worldwide as the main travelling exhibition of photojournalism.
Thursday, 19:00 - Salsa night
Take this unique opportunity of learning how to dance Salsa with a professional teacher. After this lesson we will go dancing to the disco “Antilla” to practice what we have learnt.
Friday, 14:45 - Learn Spanish through film: “The Spanish hotel”
This is the history of 7 students from different European countries who live together in the same apartment in the center of Barcelona. In this “crazy house” they will all share, they will learn to know each other and discover Barcelona lifestyle. I’m sure you will identify yourself with many of the situations that occur in the film!
