Single Room with Balcony on Top Floor Apartment

This is one of the single rooms in our Top floor apartment and it is 8 square metres. The room has a single bed, bedside table, desk, build-in wardrobe and French window (glass door) to a small terrace shared with the next room. This room is very quiet as the attic is located at the very top of our building, with no connecting walls to neighbouring buildings.
