As Camino is situated so centrally, we mostly do not need to use public transport! However, for some activities, we use the metro or the bus. We always leave for the activities from the school and return to the school as a group with a teacher so you will be guided exactly where to go!
Our Cultural Programme – 7 activities a week!
Barcelona is an incredible place to learn Spanish — a city of stunning architecture, a vibrant lifestyle, rich history and culture, excellent shopping and leisure options, and kilometers of golden sandy beaches. Truly unique, there’s nowhere else quite like it!
To help our students fully experience everything Barcelona has to offer, while having fun and practicing the Spanish they learn in class, we organize a wide-ranging cultural program with 7 activities per week — one every day, including weekends.
Check out our weekly activity program for this week’s events. You’ll always be accompanied by one of our teachers, giving you plenty of opportunities to practice Spanish while discovering places often known only to locals. Many activities are free, and others are available at a very low cost.
Guided walks with tutors
Discover Barcelona’s must-see sights with us! We organise at least one guided walk every week, taking students to iconic places such as the Gothic Quarter, Montjuïc (home to the Olympic Stadium), Gaudí’s Parc Güell, the Olympic Port, Las Ramblas, and many more.

Terrace activities
We regularly offer activities such as paella and sangria workshops, wine tastings, and dance parties on our sunny terraces, located on the rooftop of our school. Whether you want to learn how to cook an authentic Spanish seafood paella, dance salsa or bachata, or simply discover fascinating aspects of Spanish culture, come and join us!

City walks with a tutor
Our native Spanish teachers know Barcelona really well and can take you to the best tapas bars, secret places in Gothic Quarter or salsa dance concerts, so you get to know Spanish culture!

Weekend Trips
We also organise day trips from Barcelona to interesting places nearby, such as the Montserrat Monastery, the Dalí Museum in Figueres, or day trips to Girona, Sitges, Tarragona, or Tossa de Mar.
