Join in and come to discover the traditional Spanish drink composed of red wine, chopped fruit and orange juice or brandy. Its name comes from the Spanish sangre which means blood, due to the colour of the beverage.
During this activity you will discover the tradition of tapas. A tapa is an appetizer or snack typical of the Spanish cuisine, the name is derived from the verb tapar, to cover. Don't hesitate in asking Pedro about the story of that snack.
Originally, the paella was a dish from the city of Valencia. Come and participate to Pedro's paella, which is our most famous activity! There is not ONE recipe for Paella of course but the one you will taste during this activity is a famous one!
Discover the taste of Pedro's delicious paella, composed of local seafood as shrimps and mussels! Add to that a bit of lemon, fill yourself a cup of fresh homemade Sangria and you're ready to enjoy the paella in our sunny terrace!
Paella is ready!
Let's cook the famous paella!
