The school: Camino Barcelona is a Spanish Language school, located in the heart of Barcelona, just 5 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, offering high quality Spanish courses to adult students from all over the world.
The school is a Spanish-speaking environment, though other languages are used to speak to clients when necessary, including English.
It has 20 air-conditioned classrooms, 3 roof sun terraces, 3 internal patios, school cafeteria, 2 relaxation areas and free Internet café with Wi-Fi.

Working Hours: Interns normally work a 38-hour week, Monday-Friday. The exact starting and finishing times vary on a daily basis.

Training: No previous experience of working in a Spanish Language school is required. Full training will be given.
However, all of our interns need to have a good level of English as well as Spanish. A knowledge of other languages such as German, French or Italian is desirable, but not essential.
The intern must be a sociable and friendly person, able to establish excellent relationships with colleagues and students, but also at all times professional, serious and reliable in their approach to work.

As a reception assistant you are the face of Camino Barcelona. It is important to have a good knowledge of both Spanish and English. Other languages are desirable, but not essential. You must be a sociale and friendly person because a high quality of service and a good relationship with our students is very important. As a reception assisstant you are working together with interns from all departments, employees, teachers and with students.
As a strategic marketing assistent you will be responsible for various marketing activities. We are always open for new ideas and suggestions from our inters.
We are very active on social media and are using different tools to improve our brand awareness. Another main task is doing market research.
Conducting research is important to see preferences of our customers and to analyze the market Camino Barcelona is in.
As a web-site programmer assistant some basic knowledge of web designing (HTML or CSS) is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be given.
You will be able to learn the basics of HTML and Bootstrap, how to create and run a successful web-site, as well any other innovative project.
As an accounting assitant you will be responsible for the payments made by students. You will be working with our databases.
Most of the payments are made before the student starts their course. However, this is not always the case and sometimes you need to speak to students to make sure they pay before they leave.
Building up a good relationship with students is very important.
Working in the activity department means creating and organizing activities. You are also joing the activities.
Camino Barcelona offers an activity every day of the week. These activities also need to be promoted by you.
