What are my next steps?
- Choose the course you prefer (morning, afternoon, or evening) along with the duration
- Make the full payment
- Confirm the start date of your course, giving yourself enough time to arrange everything and prepare your visa application (we recommend choosing a start date at least 2 months after applying for the visa, as the consulate typically takes at least 4 weeks to process the visa application)
- Once we receive your full payment and a copy of your passport, we will be able to issue and send you the visa support documents from our side: the visa invitation letter, confirmation of full payment, and the study plan
- Along with the documents required from your side, apply for a student visa type D at the local Spanish consulate
- Once your visa is approved, please let us know by sending a copy of your visa via email, and let your journey to beautiful Barcelona begin!
Book 4 weeks of Accommodation
The 4-week period is sufficient to find your ideal accommodation or prolong the accommodation you are in to.
Additionally, if you need visa: Spanish visa authorities in all countries usually require students to show that they have booked accommodation at least for the first month of their stay abroad. This is one of the conditions for being granted a student visa. For this reason, many of our long-duration students choose to book accommodation in our on-site residence for the first 4 weeks of their stay while they look for their long-term accommodation and to benefit from the advantages of living on-site in the center of Barcelona (located just 10 minutes from Plaça de Catalunya).
