How to know which long duration course is most suitable for you?
Choose Morning long-duration course if:
  • You want to attend Intensive morning classes, 9:30-13:10 Monday to Friday and have a fast progress in your learning.

  • You can take a GAP YEAR to be as ready to live and work in Spanish speaking countries as any Spaniard.

  • You can dedicate whole time to the experience without working or learning something else.

Choose Afternoon long-duration course if:
  • You want to attend Semi-Intensive afternoon classes, 14:40-16:10 Monday to Friday and complete them with conversation lessons and assisted self-study.

  • You have to work or study something else part time during your course (you can still get the visa if necessary for this program).

  • You want to progress fast with your learning and still have enough flexibility and free time to discover Barcelona.

Choose Evening long-duration course if:
  • You want to attend Semi-Intensive evening classes, 16:20 – 17:50 Monday to Friday and have more time for assisted self-study.

  • You have to work or study something else part time during your course (you can still get the visa if necessary for this program).

  • You want to have as much flexibility as possible while learning Spanish.

Your starting point in this course will depend on your current level of Spanish! If you start as a complete beginner you will achieve B2 DELE qualification at the end of your course, allowing you to join any undergraduate or Master's programs in the Universities of Spain. If you have some level of Spanish - you can achieve a higher level at the end of your course.

Level: A1

By the end of this module, you will be able to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and simple sentences aimed at the satisfaction of immediate needs. You will also be able to introduce yourself and ask for and give basic personal information about home, possessions, and people you know. You will be able to interact in a basic way provided the speaker speaks slowly and clearly and is willing to cooperate. You will be able to use one present tense, as well as three past tenses and one future tense!

4 weeks: 80 hours in total, 20 hours per week.

Level: A2

By the end of this module, you will be able to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and simple sentences aimed at the satisfaction of immediate needs. You will also be able to introduce yourself and ask for and give basic personal information about home, possessions, and people you know. You will be able to interact in a basic way provided the speaker speaks slowly and clearly and is willing to cooperate. You will be able to use one present tense, as well as three past tenses and one future tense!

DELE B2 or DELE C1 exam preparation

DELE exam preparation courses are run 4 weeks before each DELE exam date, and are run in the midday after your Intensive course 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, 13:40 - 15:40, 8 hours per week. The course is run by experienced teachers, DELE examiners. You will be able to sit for your exam right at the exam center at our school, with your teachers, DELE examiners. This course cost additional 400 euros per course, 280 euros with the current 30% discount.

Do you need a visa?
  • Request documents from our school: visa letter, study plan and payment confirmation.

Arrive to you course
  • Inform us about the time of your arrival to Barcelona or to your accommodation
  • On arrival to Airport take and aerobus to the school
  • Get met, greeted and Welcomed to our school and accommodation!

Book 4 weeks of Accommodation

The 4 week period is sufficient to find your ideal accommodation or prolong the accommodation you are in to.

Additionally, if you need visa: Spanish visa authorities in all countries usually require students to show that they have booked accommodation at least for the first month of their stay abroad. This is one of the conditions to be granted a student visa. For this reason, many of our long-duration students choose to book accommodation in our on-site residence for the first 4 weeks of their stay while they look for their long-term accommodation and to benefit from the advantages of living on-site in the center of Barcelona (located just 10 minutes from Plaça de Catalunya).
